Climate Protection: Everybody Profits 2010 Contest!
$3,500 in Prizes

New for 2010's conference is a contest

with $3,500 in prizes for the best pricing and financing solutions for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The contest aims to spark the next AB811/Sonoma County Energy Independence Program or parking pricing policy idea.

Deadline for contest entries was April 16.

Judges have selected three finalists:

Residential Rental Energy Solutions - RRES- submitted by Suzanne Boyle
Clean Air Fee - submitted by Ken Wells
Casual Car Pool - submitted by Susanna Kannenberg

At the conference, finalists will each give a 10 minute presentation to conference attendees whose votes will determine winners of first ($2,000), second ($1,000) and third ($500) place.
